The Process
I. PRE-DESIGN
✔ Feel the difference when you hire a professional
✔ Book a complementary virtual consultation where we will learn more about your project, your dreams and challenges
✔ Receive your proposal and schedule a time for our first site visit and design kick-off meeting
✔ Site visit and design kick-off meeting to get to know you, your space, goals, and survey space. We listen to you, collaborate with you and your vision, listen to your needs, go over style options and survey the space.
II. DESIGN-DEVELOPMENT
✔ Enjoy the selection process and let us do all the work for you.
✔ Design presentation and review meeting. We will present our first design concepts, color schemes, layout drawings, furniture options and 3D concept views for your review and approval.
✔ Design review #2. Base on concept approval, we will review updated mood boards, finishes, furnishing and a detailed design package prior to procurement.
✔ Receive detailed design package with curated approved concept, layout detailed drawings, specific product links of your selected products for reference only. We will do all the work for you while you relax and wait for all product to arrive.
✔ Receive contractor bidding guidance and management if applicable.
II. DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION -ADMINISTRATION
✔ After product arrival and during construction, we oversee and manage the project from beginning to end, trades and contractor coordination and final room styling and reveal.
